1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to JIKJAK Compiler ("Service", "Platform", "Website", "we", "us", "our"), a free online code editing platform owned and operated by JAHID HASAN ("Operator", "Owner"). You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all code you create using JIKJAK Compiler. However, you are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, quality, integrity, and legality of your code
• Ensuring your code does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• Any consequences resulting from executing, publishing, or distributing your code
• Maintaining appropriate backups of your work, as we do not store your code
• Ensuring your code complies with the terms of service of any platform where deployed

4.3 Prohibited Content and Activities

The following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED when using JIKJAK Compiler:

• Malicious Software: Creating, testing, or distributing malware, viruses, worms, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful software
• Phishing: Developing phishing pages, credential harvesters, or social engineering tools

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• User interface designs, layouts, visual elements, and color schemes

• The unique 10-color rainbow gradient animation and visual effects
• Phone Mode Preview design and functionality

5.2 Limited License Grant

11. Termination

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of JIKJAK Compiler shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the courts of Bangladesh.

12.3 Waiver of Class Action

You agree that any proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JIKJAK Compiler regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

13.2 Waiver
